Need more hours in the day!!

    So I have been slacking on my Blog!! I have recently been participating in lots of games/ giveaways on facebook www.facebook.com/desarosebows and I am trying to squeeze in some craft fairs this fall also. I must say I am feeling a little bit of anxiety for doing a craft fair as I have never done one before, fearing the unknown, I guess :o) It is that feeling I used to get before the first day of school LOL, but I am going to take a dive and reserve a table for a craft fair at my church Immaculate Conception in Nashua NH, on Dec 4th. So if you live locally mark your calenders!! The reviews that I have received on my bows so far have been remarkable, it is so very exciting!!!
   On a positive note i will be incorporating more into my boutique, I have added graphic tees for boys and have a few more ideas to add for the little prince in everyone life, and I will also be adding some tutu's this week. :o) I have been trying to catch up on all my house work the last to  days, stay at home moms we really bust our butts lol I think I work harder now trying to get this business up and running then I did when I had an employer! Well gotta run still have tons to do for today! Talk to you all later :o)

Busy, Busy, Busy

So I have been exremely busy over the last week. I got my etsy web site back up and running today....please check us out at http://www.etsy.com/shop/desarosebowtique You can make purchases from us at this website for now.  I also have been extremely busy making bows, in hopes that I will be able to get a few craft fairs under my belt this fall. I also have made a sign for the craft fair displays, it is hand made but I am impressed with the way it came out. You can let me know your opions if you'de like :o)

Some of the moms at the football field over the weekend were interested in Merrimack Cardinal bows. I have been unable to find the cardinal football logo on ribbon as of yet, but I was able to improvise with footballs and just the Cardinal colors. I will continue to look though :o)

Where it all begins...

So I have finally made the big leap to take my crafting and bow making to the next step and try to start up a business. I mean I do it in my spare time anyway, so I might as well give it a shot and see if i can go somewhere with all this. I am the mother to 3 little ones, two boys ages 10 and soon to be 7, and a little princess who has been my insperation. She just turned 4. I am currently a new stay at home mom by choice. I had a very stressful and tiresome job that really had started taking a toll on me, I decided that life was to short and that it really wasn't worth doing that to myself everyday, so I left.
I am the type that has a hard time with not being able to do anything, so I decided that this business would be great to bide my time with. There actually is more than I had originally anticipatded to get started due to the fact of exposure. I am trying to get on to as many networking sites as possible and am currently tying to brew up new ideas that i maybe haven't though of, so anyone at all has any ides that I may not have thougtht of, please feel free to let me know. I will be trying to work on getting pictures of my new creations and designs up today because all the ones that I currently have up are from last year.
